The location, service and facilities are great! The personnel was also very friendly, and the manager allowed us to keep the car in the parking space a few hours more, after we checked out.

Very clean and convenient, the manager was extremely funny and made us feel welcome We felt safe and secure the whole time. Nice underground parking, make sure you get there early to make sure you get a spot and spaces are limited.

The rooms were much more spacious than a regular hotel with a small sitting area. the bathroom had a long counter. They had plenty of parking. It was close to Union Street stores and restaurants and a nice healthy walk to the wharf and to the crooked street.

Selected this hotel for the available secure parking and affordable price. You should note though that there are very limited spaces in the secure parking. The location is good. The room was clean and well equipped.

Loved everything! The room was spacious with everything we needed, and the bed was so soft and comfortable! The extra pillows on the bed were soft and perfect for a good night's rest. The bathroom was clean, with a large shower that had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in case you needed it. The AC ran perfectly and kept the room just right. I really loved the private, gated parking available underground. There was enough space, and it is kept behind locked doors to keep non-guests from going inside. The elevator to get you from the garage to your floor was exceptionally fast. The building is very quiet, and it's a perfect spot to return to and relax after a long day in the city. You very rarely hear other guests while in the hallway. Location wise, it was convenient. Pier 39 is just a few minutes away by car, as well as many cafes and restaurants to get some breakfast. I had no issue driving around the area. Staff was friendly and helpful, able to explain everything you needed. Overall I had a very pleasant experience and will return if I'm ever in San Francisco again.

This is an old building but they arranged it successfully. The light blue and white design make us comfortable and the room is big. The amazing part is that the bed is astonishingly cozy, fall asleep as soon as lying on bed. The location is great, also free parking, good enough safety and the price is reasonable based on our experience in here. Strongly suggest to stay here when come to San Francisco

OMG the beds are just so comfortable - just like sleeping on a cloud. The location was perfect with everything being in walking distance. Whilst on the corner of busy Lombard Street, the traffic and street noise did not bother us. Would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to revisit San Francisco.

Definitely recommend. Absolutely loved the safe underground parking, which you can only access if you have a room key. Hotel room was nice, clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the little coffee machine too. Location was perfect - within easy walking distance of Lombard Street's viewpoint, and so many shops and restaurants on Chestnut Street. We also walked (a little further) to Fisherman's Wharf to get to Alcatraz, and also via Presidio Park to Crissy Beach where you can see the Golden Gate Bridge. All in all, the hotel is a great place to base yourself when exploring SF.
